As far as possible, we leave spare capacity in the work that we take on, so that we do not promise to deliver work for you and then have to delay our support because we are over committed.
We are absolutely committed to confidentiality and acting with discretion, bot in relation to other internal staff, patients/clients/customers and in relation to other organisations.
We think about an exit strategy from the time that we start to work with you, so that we can transfer skills and hand over work that we undertake in a way that ensures sustainability.

We do not charge for initial investigation and will provide you with a draft contract before we start any work for which we charge.
